If you want to save time during the day the biggest tip that I can give you is to take the time out at the beginning of your day! Having a routine when you wake, I would say is essential to getting things done and being focused on the day ahead.

The beginning of a new day is the opportunity to start afresh, to do all those things you maybe did not accomplish yesterday without regret of judgement.

And – you don’t have to be part of the 5 am club to have a good `morning` routine, in fact, it doesn’t matter when you wake – 5 am or 11 am or even 1 pm so long as you incorporate it into the start of your day it will impact on the amount you get done.

The best suggestion I can give is not to be controlled by your phone on a morning – do not get absorbed by your phone until your routine is finished. Once you have completed your routine all those things you were going to do on your phone will most likely not seem important anyway
