Me – my dream is all the above. I have for as long as I can remember been fascinated with the brain and body connection. Our inner world is a direct reflection of our outer world and if we don’t take care of it – we will end up going through life playing the same patterns over and over again and getting the same results. Understanding how the mind works and the simple steps that you can take to look after it can transform your life and have an immediate impact on your happiness.

I teach a practice that I incorporate into my life to enable me to function at my best. Stress in itself is not the problem,it is our ability to manage it. It could be the death of a loved one, being in a destructive relationship, not able to find the right partner or like me, it could be something as devastating as being told you might never be able to have children. The techniques that I teach will enable you to heal and attract all that you desire into your life regardless of your circumstances. This book aims to inspire you to make the changes so that you can make a positive contribution to life. The information that you learn will confidently alter your mindset so that you can reboot your body and start to live a higher version of you.
